ATTY. JULIE ANNE CHRISTY A. PADILLA


ATTY. JULIE ANNE CHRISTY A. PADILLA

Admitted to the bar in 2004, Ms. Padilla obtained her Juris Doctor [J.D.] degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2003.

Her practice includes energy, corporate and commercial, litigation, real property and education.

Ms. Padilla has represented clients in diverse transactions before the Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Energy, and Land Registration Authority. She has appeared before the City Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Justice, the National Labor Relations Commission, Metropolitan Trial Courts, and the Regional Trial Courts, and has represented clients before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. She currently serves as Corporate Secretary of various domestic companies. She is also presently a consultant to a Representative of the Philippine Congress. Ms. Padilla also served as consultant/external counsel for an airline company in an anti-trust lawsuit filed against it.

Ms. Tuboro received her Juris Doctor [J.D.] degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2006 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007.

Her practice includes corporate and commercial, tax, education, and litigation.

She has acted for the firm's clients on matters before the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Immigration, and Housing Land Use Regulatory Board. She has appeared before the Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Justice, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, National Labor Relations Commission, and the Court of Appeals and the Court of Tax Appeals, and has represented the firm's clients before the Supreme Court. She also serves as Corporate Secretary for the firm's foreign and local corporate clients. In addition, Ms. Tuboro is a consultant on credit and loan matters for a leading commercial bank in the Philippines.

Ms. Lim received her Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B.) degree from the Ateneo de Davao University School of Law in 2009. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010.

Her practice includes corporate and commercial, litigation and real property.

She has represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Board of Investments. She has appeared before the Prosecutor's Office, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, and the National Labor Relations Commission and has represented clients before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

ATTY. MELITO A. VERGARA III

Mr. Vergara received his Bachelor of Laws [Ll. B.] degree from San Beda College in 2008 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar on April 2009.

His practice includes tax, corporate and commercial, litigation and intellectual property.

He has represented clients on various matters before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intellectual Property Office, Department of Justice, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Board of Investments, Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Immigration, and Local Government Units [LGUs]. He has also appeared before the Prosecutor's Office, Metropolitan Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board, National Labor Relations Commission and the Court of Tax Appeals, and has represented clients before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

He currently serves as Corporate Secretary of various foreign subsidiaries and domestic companies. Mr. Vergara is also a consultant to a Representative of the Philippine Congress.

Mr. Lim obtained his Bachelor of Laws [Ll. B.] degree from the Far Eastern University Institute of Law in 2004. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005. He is presently taking up his Masters of Laws at the San Beda College.

His practice includes litigation, corporate and commercial, energy and real property.

He has acted for the firm's clients on diverse issues before the Department of Justice, Department of Energy, Insurance Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, National Housing Authority, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Commission on Elections. He has also appeared before the Prosecutor's Office, the Ombudsman, Sandiganbayan, Court of Tax Appeals, National Labor Relations Commission, Metropolitan Trial Courts, and Regional Trial Courts and has represented clients before the Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lim was an associate in the Calleja Saulog Law Offices.

After obtaining her Juris Doctor [J.D.] degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2003, Ms. Dy was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004.

Her practice includes litigation, corporate and commercial, energy and real property.

She has acted for clients on matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Philippine Stock Exchange. She has also appeared before the Metropolitan Trial Courts, Regional Trial Courts, and the National Labor Relations Commission, and has represented clients before the Court of Appeals.

Ms. Dy was a former associate of the Corporate Counsels Philippines, Tan Venturanza Valdez and A. A. Amador and Associates.
